In-Home Care services to families across Southern Nevada and Southern California. In-Home Hospice Care serves those patients and families who chose to remain at home, so that they may be surrounded by loved ones when their illness is no longer curable. The Dynamic Hospice team of skilled Clinicians, Spiritual Counselors, and Volunteers will provide both the patient and their family physical, spiritual, and emotional comfort care enabling the patient to spend the final stages of life in their home surrounded by family and friends.

Our Hospice Care Agency is accredited by the CHAP (Community Health Accreditation Program) , which means that we are held to higher standards in patient care and through their governance can provide CMS-approved Hospice Care to our patients. We are also proud members of the NHPCO (National Hospice and Palliative Care Organization), a Professional Organization of Hospice and Palliative Care providers who hold the highest values of patient care.
